Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 c Dijon
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T bourbon
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan and add garlic - cook over med heat for about 1 min. Stir in rest of ingredients and mix with whisk
Glaze pork chops while grilling. Leave some glaze to heat and serve with the meat
