Ingredients
- 1/2 bone-in ham (about 6-7 #)
- 2 c apple cider or juice
- 2 c orange juice
- 1/3 c orange marmalade
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c Dijon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Put ham on rack in shallow pan. Trim fat and score surface. Add cider and orange juice to pan; cover loosely with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hr.
Combine rest of ingredients and brush ham with some of it. Continue the glaze occasionally for another hour of baking. Let stand for 15 mins before cutting.
Serve with rest of glaze
