Ingredients
- 6 Cornish game hens
- 1/4 c butter or margarine
- 7 1/2 oz jar Jalapeno Jelly
- 2 T lime juice
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut hens in half, rinse and pat dry.
Combine butter and jelly - stir over med heat until jelly is melted. Stir in lime juice and set aside.
Sprinkle hens with salt and pepper.
Grill until skin is browned and meat is not longer pink at the bone - about 30-40 mins.
Baste with jelly mixture during last 15 mins of cooking time
