Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccoli, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Steam broccoli and red pepper until tender; keep warm.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients. Add to broccoli mixture, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
