Ingredients
- 3 15'Ounce cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups loosely packed chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup oil-free Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine garbanzo beans and vegetables in a bowl.
2. Pour dressing over and toss to mix.
3. Season with freshly ground pepper.
4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours for best flavor.
