Ingredients
- topping:
- 1 lg. can sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 stick margarine, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Drain potatoes. Mix all ingredients in mixer. Bake in casserole dish at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Pour marshmallows on top for the last 5-10 minutes.
