Aunt Alice's Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 - cups mashed sweet potatoes ( 1-15oz can & 1-29oz can)
• 1 - cup sugar
• 1 - stick margarine
• 1 - cup milk
• 2 -eggs
• 1 - tsp vanilla
• 1 - cup brown sugar
• 1/3 - cup flour
• 1/2 - stick margarine
• 1/2 - cup nuts
• Mix these four ingredients together, until crumbly

Preparation

Step 1

Mix thoroughly the first six ingredients, pour into a buttered casserole dish
Add topping and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Freezes well.
