Ingredients

• chocolate cake mix, or spice cake mix (I prefer chocolate)
• 15 oz can pumpkin
• 1 cup water
• 2 egg whites

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Line muffin tins with cupcake paper. Fill 3/4 full. Bake 350 about 18 minutes.
