Barbequed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb small new potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Spray a 12" x 12" sheet of aluminium foil with non-stick cooking spray. Start barbeque and set foil on the grill.

Add potatoes to a covered glass casserole and sprinkle with seasonings. Microwave, on high, for 5 minutes, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes. Set aside. When barbeque is hot, arrange potatoes on foil. Close hood and cook for 15 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through cooking time.
