Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 4 cups tomaoes, skinned, chopped
- 3 cups peaches skinned, chopped
- 1 cup roasted , chopped red dew new mexico chilis
- 1 cup roasted , chopped green new mexico chiis
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp each cumin,corriander,chopped garlic,
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp of pepper
- Add cilantro after done cooking
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients in sauce pan bring to slow boil. Simmer on low for several hours until salsa has cooked down.
