Strawberry Trifle

Ingredients

  • 1 layer sponge cake; 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoon orange liquer or orange juice
  • 4 serving package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3/4 cup strawberries or one package frozen; sliced
  • 1 banana; sliced
  • 4 serving package vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cup skim milk

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange cake cubes in bowl. Sprinkle with liquer or orange juice. Prick with fork. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add cold water, then strawberries. Chill until syrupy. Spoon over cake. Chill until firm. Arrange
banana slices over gelatin. Prepare pudding and pour over. Chill. Garnish with whole strawberries.

Can double and make two layers.
