Lemon Pepper Cod

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 0z) skinless boneless cod fillets
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon and pepper seasoning
  • 2 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 350. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Place the cod, skinned side down, on the baking sheet. Brush tops with the oil and sprinkle with the lemon and pepper seasoning, lemon zest, and salt. Bake until opaque in the center, 10 - 12 minutes.
