Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potato; thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese; grated

Preparation

Step 1


Brush one tablespoon margarine on bottom and sides of 2 inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese. Toss potatoes with remaining margarine.
Layer half of potatoes on bottom and sides of pie plate. Sprinkle with half
of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake one hour or until potatoes are tender at
400 °F. Invert immediately onto serving plate.
