Zucchini Brownies

Eggless, light on calories and light on fat. Very good!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups zucchini, grated
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all wet ingredients first, then add the dry and mix well.

Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. When done, brownies should spring back when gently touched.
