Orange-Berry Jam

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped orange segments
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 4 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1 pouch liquid pectin

Preparation

Step 1

Process raspberries & blueberries until blended. In a saucepan, stir in sugar, orange segments, lemon juice and orange zest. Bring to full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in pectin, boil for additional 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim off foam, ladel into sterilized jars.
