Cream Cheese, Olive and Nut Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds or pecans
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cream cheese and stir in olives and nuts. Flavor with lemon juice and salt. Stir in enough mayonnaise to make it spreadable.
Use Pepperidge Farm whole wheat very-thin bread and make into sandwiches.
