Simple Swordfish Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Italian Salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 pound swordfish steak, one inch thick; rinsed and patted dry

Preparation

Step 1

Rub both sides and edges of fish with dressing. Salt and pepper both sides.
Dredge in bread crumbs. Bake in 400 °F oven about 10 minutes.

Can serve with spaghetti and marinara sauce and tossed green salad.
