  • 1 1/2 cups orzo (raw), cooked according to packaging instructions
  • 2 Tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup walnut pieces, toasted
  • 3 Tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons basil, chiffonaded
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
