Cinnamon Stewed Apples

  • 6 cups shopped/peled apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground nutmg
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover and cook over med-low heat for 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Stir occasionally, let stand for 5 minutes.
