Ingredients
- 5 chicken breasts
- 1 stalk celery
- 3 (No. 2) can asparagus
- 1 sm. can pimento
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- Salt, to taste
- 1 can French-fried onions
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° Cook chicken breasts with celery. Remove celery. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. In casserole dish, put a layer of chicken, a layer of drained asparagus, a layer of pimento, a layer of soup and a layer of almonds. Salt to taste. Bake for 30 minutes. Put onions over top and bake for 5 minutes Yield: 10 servings.
