Spinich Artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 1 C Mayo (not Miracle Whip – very important)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 C Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 C Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 C Monterey/Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 package of frozen spinach, defrosted and all water removed (you have to squeeze in paper towels/strain)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for about 30-35 mins. Best served with tortilla chips.
