Spinich Artichoke dip

Ingredients
- 1 C Mayo (not Miracle Whip – very important)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 C Parmesan Cheese
- 1 C Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 C Monterey/Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 package of frozen spinach, defrosted and all water removed (you have to squeeze in paper towels/strain)

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for about 30-35 mins. Best served with tortilla chips.
