Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbs. flax meal + 6 Tbs. water
- 3 bananas mashed with 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbs. almond milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. brown rice flour
- 2/3 c. sorghum flour
- 1/3 c. tapioca starch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a prepared loaf pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the bread.
