Ingredients
- 3-4 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- 1/2-3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, cut into pieces
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup apple juice or cider
Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel and dice sweet potatoes. Put into slow cooker.
2. Add brown sugar, butter and salt.
3. Pour apple juice or cider over all.
4. Cover. Cook on high 3 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
