Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) package of white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp grated orange zest
- 2/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped unsalted roasted pistachios
Preparation
Step 1
Butter or spray an 8" baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine the white chocolate and condensed milk and orange zest in a double boiler over simmering water. Heat until the mixture is melted and smooth, stirring. Remove from heat and stir in cranberries and pistachios, reserving about 2 tbsp of each for topping fudge. Spread evenly into baking pan. Top with remaining cranberries and pistachios, pressing them down lightly with a spatula. Allow fudge to set in refrigerator. Cut into squares.
