Ingredients
- 2 cans corn
- 1 can cream corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ~10 Salting crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Stir beaten eggs in with all three cans of corn. Smash saltines with a rolling pin - add to corn till desired consistency. Note it will set up a little during baking.
Add salt and pepper, several pats of butter to top.
Bake at 350 for about 30 mins.
