Ingredients
- 20 OZ CRUSH PINEAPPLE
- 2- 3 OZ EACH PKGS JELL-O RASPBERRY GELATIN
- 16 OZ WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE
- 2/3 CUP CHOP WALNUTS
- 1 APPLE - CHOPPED
Preparation
Step 1
DRAIN PINEAPPLE - RESERVE JUICE
ADD ENOUGH WATER TO JUICE TO MAKE 2 1/2 CUPS
POUR INTO SAUCE PAN - BRING TO BOIL POUR OVER
THE GELATIN IN BOWL -STIR 2 MINS TO DISSOLVE -
STIR IN PINEAPPLE,CRANBERRY SAUCE,WALNUTS AND APPLE - SPOON INTO 24 PAPER LINED MUFFIN CUPS - REFRIGERATE 2 - 3 HOURS OR TIL FIRM
