Ingredients
- Topping:
- 30 - 40 medium sized mushrooms
- 2 slices of bread crumbled in blender
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- garlic salt to taste
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. Vermouth
Preparation
Step 1
Clean out mushrooms. Blend bread, parsley, garlic salt, 1/2 c. oil, parmesan cheese and mushroom stems in blender. Put into murhrooms. Mix oil and Vermouth. Dribble over top of mushrooms. Bake for 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
