Ingredients
- 3 cups diced cooked ham
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped carrot
- 2 cups dried lentils, sorted, rinsed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz each) condensed chicken broth
- 4 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; cook on Low setting 7 to 9 hours
