Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small zucchini, grated
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 350 g beef mince
- 1 x 550 g jar pasta sauce
- 375 g spaghetti
- 2 cups bechamel sauce
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and saute onion, zucchini and carrot until onion is soft.
2. Add mince and cook until browned.
3. Add pasta sauce and simmer for approximately 1520 minutes.
4. While the sauce is cooking, boil the spaghetti.
5. Combine the spaghetti and sauce and place in a casserole dish.
6. Pour over the bechamel sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for about 30
minutes, until browned on top.
