Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tblsp fresh, chopped rosemary
  • 3 tblsp olive oil
  • 30 peeled garlic cloves
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup light cream

Preparation

Step 1

Toss chicken pieces in the flour and rosemary. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute the chicken until golden. Remove. In the same pan, saute the garlic until golden, then add the stock and chicken. Cover and simmer for 30 min. Remove chicken. Increase heat and reduce liquid by about two thirds. Transfer to blender, add cream and puree. Pour over chicken and garnish with springs of fresh rosemary.
