Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. cans black beans, drained
  • 1 16 oz. can corn
  • 1 can diced Rotel tomatoes & green chiles
  • 1 8 oz. jar medium or mild salsa
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 6 Tb. lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnite.
