Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef tenderloin, cubed
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2in pieces
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter, cubed
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- hot cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
in wok, stir-fry beef, onion, garlic,salt and pepper in oil ofr 3 to 5 mins. remove and keep warm.
in the same pan, stir -fry the asparagus and mushrooms in butter until asparagus is tender. return beef mix. and stir in soy sauce and lemon juice, heat through. serve
