Ingredients
- 2 small bananas, about 1 cup
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
- 1/3 cup ground almonds
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon (or more) chocolate chips
- butter for frying
Preparation
Step 1
in a medium bowl smash the bananas and mix with the 2 eggs and coconut milk
in a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, salt, coconut sugar, ground almonds and chocolate chips
combine the dry ingredients with the wet
heat the butter in the pan and cook the batter on both sides
