Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pkg (4oz) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (8oz) cushed pineapple drained
- 1 (8oz) tahwed cool whip
- 1 (6oz) graham cracker pie crust
- 1/4 cup coconut toasted
- 1 1/4 cups sliced strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and milk in bowl well then add dry pudding mix and pineapple mix well. gentlt stir in 2 cups of cool whip. spoon into pie crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Top with cocnut, strawberries and remining topping just before serving.
