Apple Pudding

Ingredients

• Mix together:
• 1 c sugar
• 1/2 c crisco
• 1 egg
• Sift together:
• 1 1/4 c flour
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Add dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Add 1/2 c nuts and 4 small apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
