Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup finely crushed cornflakes
- 12 large marshmallows
- 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine.
Preparation
Step 1
Mold a spoonful of the sweet potatoes around each marshmallow, roll in cornflakes crumbs. Place in a shallow 7 ½ qt baking disk. In a saucepan bring brown sugar, milk and butter to boil. Pour over the balls. Bake uncovered at 350; for 15 minutes.
