Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 10 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs (240z) flank steak trimmed of fat
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Place steak in plastic bag pour marinade and cover put in refrigerator for up to 4 hrs.
Preheat grill to moderate heat grill turing once. After removing from grill it will cook another 5 minutes. So not over cook.
