Pickled Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. zucchini
  • 2 med. onions
  • 1/4 cup pickling salt
  • 2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp tumeric

Preparation

Step 1

Chop zucchini and onion. Add salt and cover with ice water and let stand 2 hours.
In saucepan boil other ingredience. Add zucchini and onion.
Return to boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Put in jars and seal.
