Corn with lime-sage butter

  • 4 tbsp soft butter
  • 1.5 tsp chopped sage
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 ears corn

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter with sage, lime juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper. Boil 4 ears corn about 5 minutes. Spread with butter and serve.
