Ingredients
- 4 tbsp soft butter
- 1.5 tsp chopped sage
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- salt and pepper
- 4 ears corn
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter with sage, lime juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper. Boil 4 ears corn about 5 minutes. Spread with butter and serve.
