Ingredients
- 4 Tbl Butter
- 4 Tbl Light Brown Sugar
- 1 lb baby carrots, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp cajun seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium skillet, heat the butter, sugar, salt and seasoning over a med-high heat, stirring until smooth.
Add the carrots and toss to coat.
Cover and reduce heat to med-low. Simmer for 15 min or until carrots are tender.
