Tenderloin Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • bag of noodles
  • pork tenderloin sliced thick
  • 3 tblsp butter
  • 3 tblsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles, rinse and drain. Slowly brown tenderloins on both sides in a little olive oil. Melt butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk, cook and stir til thick. Add blue cheese and stir til cheese melts. Combine with noodles and place in baking dish and arrange meat on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
