Ingredients
- 1 lb. baking potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into chunks
- 1 cup small fresh cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
Preparation
Step 1
COOK vegetables in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min. or until tender; drain.
ADD dressing; mash until light and fluffy.
* For best results, cut potatoes and cauliflower into equal-size pieces to ensure even cooking.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
