Ingredients
- 2 Tbl. oil
- 1/4 C. popcorn (6 cups popped popcorn)
- 1/4 C. margarine/butter
- 2 Tbl. light corn syrup
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Cook 3 minutes, then add 1/8 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
For thinner caramel, add 1 T. oil and 2 T. corn syrup.
If it gets sticky, heat in 250 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
