Ginger peach/apricot glazed pork tenderlion

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 t seasoned salt
  • 1 t ground thyme
  • 2 pork tenderloins about 2#'s
  • 1 C peach or apricot preserves
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 t ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Combine seasoned salt and thyme and rub evenly over pork. Place pork on rack within roaster. Roast at 375 for 40-45 minutes until desired doneness. Mix preserves, Worcestershire sauce and ginger then spoon over pork during the last 10 minutes of roasting.
