Minestrone Pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked medium pasta shells - (7 1/2 oz)
  • 2/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 medium carrots sliced (1 cup)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 can kidney beans - (15 to 16 oz) rinsed, drained
  • 1 can garbanzo beans - (15 to 16 oz) rinsed, drained
  • 1 can Italian-style stewed or diced tomatoes (14 1/2 oz), drained

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

Toss pasta and remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cold.
