PORK CHOPS N RICE

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cans beef consommé
  • 1 onion , diced
  • 1 cup rice
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pork chops in skillet.
Melt butter in baking dish. Stir in soups, onion and rice. Mix together.

Put pork chops on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook 1 hour at 350° F.
