Ingredients
- 8 apples
- double pie crust
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp margarine
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Roll pie crust and cut into squares large enough to fold around apples which have been cored and filled with raisins and nuts.
Boil remaining ingredients for 3 minutes and pour around dumplings in casserolle dish. Bake at 425 for 40 minutes, occasionally basting with sauce.
