- PUMPKIN PIE

- 2 eggs -- slightly beaten
- 1 (16oz) can libbys pumpkin filling
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 12oz can carnation evaporated milk
- 1 9" pie crust unbaked
Preparation
Step 1
Combine filling ingredients in order given. Beat egg with a fork being careful not to overbeat.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake 15 minutes at 425.
Reduce temperature to 350 and bake an additional 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
