Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup green onion, minced
- 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Coursely ground black pepper
- Hot sauce to taste
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
- Hot cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a large saute pan. Add garlic and onion and saute until onion turn bright green. Add shrimp and lime juice. Maintain heat and cook just briefly, until shrimp turns pink. Stir in black pepper, hot sauce and parsley. Serve over fluffy hot rice.
